watched batman today. it was fucking unbelievably awesome (the last part) the middle parts were a bit dull though.
The show was bad in the sense that there wasn't any mind games between batman and bane; bane was supposed to be some hyperintelligent and strong villain (like batman, but stronger and smarter), but the whole show was reduced to some brawl with batman just going upfront against bane half of the time. kinda stupid. Other than that it was really great, especially the ending where i thought that nolan was going break the show by making batman die.
Bane sounds ridiculously like HK-47 though.
frankly i'd still prefer a tumbler changing into the batwing. Tumbler is so much better :( too bad it didn't appear at all in the show.
had ice cream after that and i'm so tired now. i want to watch it again. goodnight world!

met ch for supper at the rail mall today, haven't seen him in almost a year. doing fine other than his breakup with his 2-year girlfriend. told him about pinder and stuff. he thought it was pretty cool, just felt that the workload was really huge, completely like him to think that way haha. promised each other to hang out more and get hj out too, sounds really great. always good with old friends!

8/7/12 Project Meeting
Sunday, July 8, 2012, 6:56 AM
Met Eric in the morning today. I feel really proud of him for getting that damn scholarship. I think he's still the same despite the little Christianity crap going on, ethics wise any much different. Talked a lot about linux and the future of programming and where we want to go or want to do in the future, as well as our endgames, especially about Pinder. It may seem a little too early, but i guess we both know when to do the right thing when we actually pull this off, so no worries on that part.
I showed the team the Improveverywhere video and explained a little more on our motivations behind the whole thing. Pencil seems rather motivated by the whole outlook, maybe it applies to him a little like me, and there's a hope for a better world. I recall there was once we were out to get food for the rest of the team, and he did mention something similar.
Work is in progress, Eric and Pencil seems to be working well; Eric wants to wait till he finishes his army before going full force into this for 8 months or so. He did mention more than a few times that we should drop several people from the business team for now, because we really don't need so many people. I really don't know because everyone seems to have that little edge that i can use, while it does seem that things have been going a little too slowly.
Hz and SW didn't join us this week because of well-deserved rests from camps that they hosted in uni; Although i sometimes doubt Hz's skepticism, she does provide a lot of insight and valuable criticism, as well as planning, something i am terrible at.
The Primary Surveys are being finalized today, and possibly launched today. I am hoping for about 300-700 responses at least. Going to need to pull some strings for this.
So much upcoming projects this week.

brunch!
Saturday, July 7, 2012, 8:06 AM
Had a little brunch with the goddesses at Hyatt in the morning today. Haven't seen them in person for weeks, due to Project Pinder and all! Super awesome as usual. I got them updated on stuff and they were pretty excited about it too. These girls really make my day.
Going to start working on the ideas that i thought of while travelling today, some big changes could be made!

A completely random, but nevertheless necessary post:
After like almost a year or so, i've finally had the chance to spend some time with Eric since two months back. It's like finally finding that long-lost brother that you've feared that would have dropped off from the event horizon. Things are going much better. Army is less strict and stringent for him and finally we've had some bro-time. We meet almost every weekend now, he sacrifices a third of his time outside camp to meet me.
It's like he's one of the few people that i've met that can hold themselves in an intellectual conversation with me. He tells me the same, and it feels good to be back. Touched back a little on our dreams then, and now; not much changes, looks like we're going to be working closely together, working to change the world, starting from Pinder. And its incredible that he got that scholarship. Still thinking of how to do that toast for him, maybe i can get the goddesses to book a place at a bar or Hyatt or something!
He's one of the few people whom i consider to be ridiculously important to me. Some stay important to us, no matter what, while sometimes things change and you try your best to stop them from happening. I suppose it has to be two-sided i guess.
I hope i don't lose any of them, because as you grow older, people get colder.
they are important to me

Not so entirely random message:
Just wanted to say a great deal of thanks to some for giving me unwavering support whenever i need it and trust that i can handle things well. You people matter and are important to me!
And hey, we're working forward to change the world for the better right?
Let's do this.

cooling off week
Sunday, July 1, 2012, 7:10 AM
This week everyone's really busy, and the survey still has problems. I really don't know which days surveys are meant to be launched at. Primary survey question still lacks clarity and i suppose we need more specifics. No meetings today and it's more like a cooling off period for us. The uni kids are busy attending/hosting camps and Eric's busy with army stuffs, i guess i'm going to take a break myself too.
